Terms, Conditions, Refunds, Returns, Cancellations Overview

 

Everything in our store is made to order and we partner with certain shops in the making of some our products.

Cancellations

With that in mind we offer a 1 hour cancellation window. If you are outside of that window when you contact us, we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. We recommend thoroughly reading descriptions of items and size charts, and reaching out if you have further questions before you purchase an item. Certain cases can be made, so reach out if you have a question or issue. If a return is approved, items will have to be shipped back to us at buyers expense and the item needs to be in unused and new condition in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds/Remakes

If for some reason your order arrives with an issue, please contact us immediately and we will make it right. You have 14 days to reach out about an issue from when your order arrives.

Custom orders are exempt from being returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@giowerkz.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that will be in your return approval email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In the EU/UK?

In accordance with the consumer protection laws in the EU and UK, we offer a 1 day cancellation period due to items being made to order. Once an item starts production, orders cannot be cancelled. Any custom item ordered has no cancellation period.
